The Tad Coffin Performance Comfort Girth is designed to fit the horse’s barrel. A curved edge is positioned toward the front of the horse where there is greater muscle mass. This curvature increases the length of the front edge, allowing the girth to have even tension on both its front and back edge. Increased surface area (width) reduces pressure per inch.
